Rec Classes
In each class, gymnasts will explore the fundamentals of the four women’s artistic gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Through safe and progressive training, students will build strength with full-body conditioning, improve flexibility as they stretch and move in new ways, and develop balance and body control as they practice skills on both their feet and hands. They’ll also boost coordination by learning to move their body with purpose and precision.
More than just physical development, our program helps teach life skills that extend beyond the gym. With guidance from our passionate coaches, students gain confidence, discipline, respect, teamwork, and the ability to overcome challenges.

Nova Stars: Where Every Gymnast’s Journey Begins
The Nova Stars Program is the ultimate launchpad for young gymnasts ready to begin their gymnastics adventure! Designed for beginners and those with minimal experience, Nova Stars helps students build a strong foundation while developing confidence, coordination, and a love for the sport.
In each class, gymnasts will explore the fundamentals of all four events — from learning their first vaults and pullovers on bars, to conquering cartwheels, handstands, and beam dismounts. They’ll gain comfort moving on the beam, practice powerful casts and glide swings, and develop body awareness through rolls, bridges, and introductory tumbling.
Progress is always in motion! Coaches consistently evaluate each athlete’s growth to ensure they’re developing the skills needed to move forward with confidence.

Supernova is where advanced recreational gymnasts take off! Designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for a new challenge, this class is all about pushing boundaries, gaining strength, and building confidence through high-energy, skill-focused training.
In Supernova, gymnasts dive into powerful vaulting techniques, learning how to shape their bodies mid-air and explode off the springboard. On bars, they’ll develop upper-body and core strength, practice controlled under-swings, and swing bigger with dynamic tap swings. Beam brings new excitement with advanced handstands and cartwheels, creative mounts and dismounts, and a focus on beautiful jumps and turns. On floor, students will begin connecting skills and building momentum while working on front and back walkovers, as well as progressing through strong, clean handsprings and tucks.
This is the perfect class for athletes with big dreams — whether they’re aiming to join team in the future or just love the thrill of leveling up their gymnastics journey.

Astros
Astros is a dynamic gymnastics program designed specifically for boys who love to move, climb, and challenge themselves. Athletes train on all six men’s gymnastics events—floor, mushroom, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar—while building full-body strength, coordination, and confidence. Each class encourages focus, discipline, and teamwork in a positive, high-energy environment, helping boys develop athleticism, perseverance, and character that benefit every sport and stage of life.
